Refund policy
At Hatari Sana, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Since our products are made to order, we have the following return and refund guidelines:
Customers must report any issues with their order within 24 hours of receiving their items.
To initiate a return or refund request, email us at hello@hatarisana.com with your order details and a clear photo showing the issue.
We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items: Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability.
Timeframe for Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
