Product & Order Policies

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, customers may request adjustments within 24 hours. After this period, changes cannot be made.

We do our best to ensure product images match the actual item, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be directed to our customer service team at hello@@hatarisana.com for resolution.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated through mediation or legal processes as applicable.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding associated with Hatari Sana are copyrighted and may not be used without permission.

Hatari Sana reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them periodically.

Limitation of Liability

Hatari Sana is not liable for any delays caused by courier services.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of our products.
