Processing & Delivery Times
All Hatari Sana items are made to order with care. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing, especially if the item is not in stock.
We ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, so your order will be dispatched on the next available shipping day after it’s ready.
Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for delivery fees.
Shipping options and rates will be available at checkout for most locations, based on your delivery address and preferred courier.
If your location is not covered by the available options, don’t worry—our team will reach out to you directly after your order is placed to arrange the best delivery method and share the cost details.

Missed Deliveries
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or require the package to be collected from a designated location.
Any additional costs for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
